The quartet gets to the Nightsilver Woods where Mirana meets with Luna to talk about the Lotuses. Mirana is mean to Fymryn, so she runs off, causing Mirana and Davion to argue. The four set up camp and Mirana is jealous of Davion and Filomena. As the trio starts to leave with the newly introduces Fymryn, The Invoker gives Mirana a box with the Lotuses in it. Davion and Mirana discuss the situation of Selemene and the elves alone, where they confide in each other and kiss. Mirana believes The Invoker wants the apocalypse. Mirana argues that Selemene helps but is ultimately swayed by The Invoker. There she is healed by The Invoker and he reveals that Selemene is killing elves because she fears they will kill her. Mirana faints, points Davion towards the a tower, and he takes her and Marci there. In their travels, Davion turns into his dragon form and Slyrak tries to kill Marci, she's saved by Davion burning himself. They resolve misunderstandings and travel together. Mirana is out wit Marci where they meet Davion in dragon form. They lived happily in the Helio Imperium for a while until Emperor Shabarra attacked the Helio Imperium and Kashurra killed her parents, causing her and Marci to flee for the Nightsilver Woods where she was adopted by the goddess Selemene.
Mirana found out Marci was being abused, so she made Marci her personal maid but treated her like a friend. Mirana grew up in the Helio Imperium with her father the emperor, her mother, and her caretaker Viceroy Kashurra.
